伊豆急レンタサイクル利用規約

Usage Agreement(English)

このレンタサイクルは「伊豆急行株式会社」が運営管理しています。この利用規約は、お客様がレンタサイクルを利用していただく際に遵守していただく事項について規定しています。以下の項目をご承諾いただき、交通ルールやマナーを守ってレンタサイクルをお楽しみください。

1.利用申込
貸出手続きの際は「利用申込書」に必要事項を記入のうえ、身分を証明できるもの（運転免許証・パスポート・健康保険証・学生証等）を提示してください。その際、身分証明書をコピーさせていただく場合があります。
※お客様の個人情報は、当レンタサイクルに関する業務以外の目的には使用いたしません
2.利用期間
利用期間は原則として、貸出日当日の9時00分から16時30分までとなります。
3.事故
利用期間中 に 事故にあわれた場合は、速やかに 貸出箇所まで 「事故の発生日時」「事故の発生場所」「事故の原因」「事故の状況」をご連絡いただくとともに、必要な場合は警察に連絡をする等、法令に定められた処置をおとりください。

事故について示談等の交渉が必要な場合は、お客様自らの責任において行ってください。当社では、事故についての一切の責任を負いません。また、上記にかかわらず、当レンタサイクルが被害を被った場合は、お客様にその損害賠償を請求することがあります。
4.自転車の故障等
利用期間中に自転車の故障（タイヤのパンク等）があった場合、代わりの自転車があれば交換しますので、速やかに貸出箇所までご連絡ください。お客様に起因する自転車の故障等については、原則として修理に要した費用を実費で申し受けます。なお、自転車の故障によってお客様や第三者に損害が発生しても、当レンタサイクルに起因する場合を除いて、一切の責任を負いません。
5.鍵の紛失、破損
自転車の鍵を紛失・破損された場合は、交換料として5,000円をいただきます。
6.自転車の盗難
利用期間中に自転車の盗難に会った場合は、速やかに貸出箇所までご連絡ください。無施錠のまま放置した等、お客様に起因する事情により盗難された場合は損害賠償を請求することがあります。
7.補償
利用する自転車は「赤色TSマーク付帯保険」に加入しています。（補償内容は下記のとおりです）

　【賠償責任保障】●死亡、重度後遺障害（1～7級）・・・限度額　1億円

Rent-A-Cycle Usage Agreement

This rent-a-cycle is operated and managed by Izukyu Corporation. This usage agreement stipulates items to be adhered to by customers when utilizing the rent-a-cycles.
Customers consent to the following items, and will adhere to traffic rules and manners. Please enjoy your rent-a-cycle.

  1. Usage Application
    Rental procedures are conducted by filling out the necessary items on the Usage Application and presenting proof of personal identification (driver’s license, passport, health insurance card, student identification, etc.). In some instances a copy will be made of your personal identification document.
    * Customers’ personal identification will not be used for purposes outside of work related to the rent-a-cycle in question.
  2. Usage Period
    The usage period is by rule from 9:00 – 16:30 of the day of the rental.
  3. Accidents
    If you get into an accident during the usage period, immediately contact us and tell them the time, location and cause of the accident, as well as the current situation of the accident. When necessary, also contact the police or take other measures set forth by the law.

    It is the customer’s personal responsibility to perform settlement and other negotiations related to the accident when necess ary. This company bears no responsibility whatsoever for accidents. Regardless of the above, in the event the rent a cycle in quest ion is damaged, the customer may be invoiced for damage compensation.
  4. Bicycle Breakage, etc.
    If the bicycle experiences a breakage (a tire puncture, etc.) while in use, we will exchange the bicycle for another one if any are available, so please contact us immediately. Bicycle breakages the fault of which is with the customer are by rule charged at the actual rate of expense required for repairs. We bear no responsibility whatsoever for damages suffered by the customer or third parties as a result of bicycle breakage except in cases where the fault is with the rent-a-cycle in question.
  5. Loss or Damage of Key
    If the bicycle key is lost or damaged, the customer will pay a 5,000 yen replacement fee.
  6. Bicycle Theft
    If the bicycle is stolen during the usage period, immediately contact us. If the bicycle was left unlocked or was stolen for some other reason attributable to the customer, the customer may be invoiced for damage compensation.
  7. Compensation
    Bicycles utilized are enrolled in Red TS Mark Incidental Insurance. Compensation details are as follows.
    【Injury Compensation】 ・Death, Severe Residual Disorder (Levels 1-4) :　Uniform 1,000,000 Yen
    　　　　　　　　　　　　　・Hospitalization Exceeding 15 days :　Uniform 100,000 Yen
    【Liability Compensation】 ・Death, Severe Residual Disorder (Levels 1-7) :　Maximum Amount 100,000,000 Yen
    【Victim Condolence Money) ・Hospitalization Exceeding 15 days :　Uniform 100,000 Yen
